One on One Personal Training

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONSAvailable in five and ten packs

These are one hour sessions consisting of a warm up and a work out with an assisted stretch and relaxing shoulder massage to finish.

You have the undivided attention of your Trainer during each session, to make sure you are working safely at the level that best suits you. They will adjust the exercises as needed and regular assessments are done to revisit your goals, record your progress and design a new program for you

Where necessary we will set up a line of communication with your health care practitioner so we can create your program to coordinate with their treatment
