Our Personalised Process

You can expect us to take time to find out about you, your exercise history and any current or past injuries.  Most importantly we want to know what You want to achieve by committing to a fitness program.
Our Process:

  • Initial contact (phone or face to face)
  • Book in Complimentary Personal Training session. 
  • Complete pre-activity questionnaire (emailed to you)
  • Turn up in your exercise gear, ready to do an introductory workout
  • We provide towels and water
  • At the end of your session you receive assisted stretching and a shoulder massage.
  • Where necessary we will set up a line of communication with your health care practitioner so we can create your program to coordinate with their treatment.

This initial, complimentary session is an opportunity for you to get to know your trainer.
