In order to understand your current fitness, strength and flexibility levels. These assessments also set a base line for you. We will assess you regularly and record your progress.

Exercise Programs

We personalise them for every individual - fitness, fat loss, rehabilitation and strength training, whatever their goals.

One-on-One Personal Training

You have the undivided attention of your trainer during these one hour sessions. Your safety during exercise is of the utmost importance and your trainer will make sure you understand and perform each exercise correctly. Your program is designed specifically around your goals and your individual capabilities.

Weight Loss

We look at your eating pattern and work with you to make healthy changes. We don’t believe you should be hungry to lose weight. Combining exercise with diet is crucial and we will give you a program to work on, in between sessions with us.


Your trainer will coordinate with your Doctor, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Surgeon or other Health Care Provider and design exercise programs to ensure you receive the best possible care and continuity in your health and rehabilitation program.

Small Group Personal Training

A total of 4 – 6 participants only. You will enjoy the camaraderie of the group and still have individual attention as you need it from your Instructor.

Small Group Cardio Sessions

Up to a total of 10 participants (depending on the type of session) get fit, tone up and enjoy the challenge of these higher intensity cardio sessions.

Sport Specific Training

We can create a program to help you prepare for an event or sport specific challenge.
